Crawfish Festival Vendor Application

Dear Venders,

     It is that time again for live music, good food, crafts, and a great time.  The Abita Springs Fifth Annual Crawfish Festival will be held on May 22 and 23 2010.  The Festival location will be at the Abita Springs Ball Park Located on Hwy 36 east. Next to St. Tammany Fire District # 8 Fire Station 81.

This event will benefit the Community, those residents in time of need and the Non-Profit Abita-Waldheim Firefighters Association to help purchase needed improvements to better provide to the community.  Last year was a success, and we want to thank all the contributors who helped in raising 6,000.00 in last years event.  This helped us with giving back to the community and improvements within the stations.  We are aiming high and are hoping to raise $45,000.  Come take part in this event as a food or crafts vendor.

Food Vender:

$450.00 per 10' x 10' space

Note:  Limited to three (3) food Items

Crafts Vender:

$125.00 per 10' x 10' space


Prices are per Ten foot (10') x Ten foot (10') spot. We are not duplicating food items.  It will be first come first selection process. By receiving your application and full payment will reserve your spot and items to be served.  All items MUST be pre-approved prior to the event.  Payment in full must be in by April 10,  2009.
